Digital products

Digital products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files. Product descriptions form part of the agreement and the content must be supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Immediate access and cancellation

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel will be lost once access or downloading begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Refunds and faults

Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights. Contact hello@wellfitrevolution.com if a file is inaccessible, materially defective or not as described.

Educational scope

Products provide general education and do not create a clinician-patient, dietitian-client, physiotherapist-patient or personal-trainer relationship.

Liability

Use reasonable judgement and stop activity that causes concerning symptoms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers retain any mandatory consumer rights that apply to them.
